Shopping and Entertainment center "Europe" was awarded in "Retail real estate" category in the international сontest FIABCI Prix D’Excellence Awards 2010, conducted by international organization FIABCI.
The award ceremony took place on Bali island within the international congress FIABCI, 27 of May, 2010. The contest was conducted in 13 categories, 54 projects from 11 countries from the whole world became it’s winners. The majority of rewards were given to the projects of Asian countries -40; 11 European and 2 American projects were also rewarded. Three award prizes were taken to Russia: two – to Moscow and one – for shopping and entertainment center "Europe", Kaliningrad.
This is the second reward for Shopping and entertainment center "Europe" from the international organization FIABCI. In 2008 Shopping and entertainment center "Europe" as awarded as «Russian shopping center – 2008» in the «medium shopping center» category, according to the Russian Council of shopping centers. It is the highest award in «Retail real estate» category within the contest «FIABCI-Russia».
